My recipes are all about being straightforward and easy to follow. My background as a chef and a cookery lecturer for 20 years prior to working as a nutritionist means my recipes really do work.

My recipes allow you to prepare meals that you can eat at home or take to the office to ensure that you always have delicious and nutritious food to eat. I’m all about making your life and eating habits as stress-free and straightforward as possible.
My recipes are not only well balanced and nutritious, they also look great and taste delicious. I use foods that are accessible and those that are in season. I don’t add superfoods for the sake of it but, when I do include them in dishes, I make sure that they complement a dish so that it still tastes really good - that way you get the nutritional benefits while still eating really tasty good food.
