Carrot Juice

A really quick juice to make in under 60 seconds! Packed with antioxidants, in particular beta-carotene which is converted into vitamin A in the body. This is required for eyesight, growth and development and immunity. With many health benefits, in particular this is your anti-aging and skin friendly juice!

This recipe will make a 500 ml glass of juice.

Ingredients:

5 carrots

2 sticks of celery

1 apple

1 lemon, pith removed

1 inch piece of ginger

1 inch piece of turmeric root

Method:

  • Wash and scrub all the vegetables but don’t peel. Put everything through your juicer, and enjoy!
