Edamame beans are a good source of protein and they make a tasty, low calorie snack
So quick and easy to prepare and frozen edamame beans are cheap making this a great snack when looking for healthy alternatives.
250g frozen edamame beans
5 cloves garlic, finely sliced
½-1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsps coconut oil
Remove the edamame beans from the freezer, thaw and dry well.
Heat a pan over a medium heat, add the coconut oil. Add the edamame beans, chilli and garlic.
Sauté in the pan until the edamame beans start to colour. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
