A great breakfast on the go, packed with protein, antioxidants and essential fats.
1 small banana
A handful of frozen berries
A handful of spinach
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds
300ml almond milk (or milk of your choice)
150ml cold filtered water
- Blend all the ingredients in a nutribullet until smooth. Enjoy!
- Time saving tip - place all the ingredients in the nutribullet container the night before so it’s all ready to blitz in the morning!
* If you love chocolate, add 1tbsp of cacao powder
** If using fresh berries, add a handful of ice
