All the recipes have been tried and tested by an experienced chef and qualified Nutritionist (me!). In a nutshell, I’m going to give you a 14 day meal plan with 2 shopping lists. Day by day you will have everything from simple healthy delicious step by step recipes, tips, tricks and cooking demonstration videos all in an easy to follow way. I have thought about everything and done all the hard work for you, all you will need to do is cook.

The Kick-start Facebook Live - This is a brilliant opportunity for you to understand the RESET principles, how to get the most out of the 14 day programme and ask meany questions that you may have.

How will I be supported?
You will have extensive support from me via the FB group for 2 weeks and at the intro and wrap up meetings. You will also have all the support and motivation from the other members of the programme.
Can I follow this if I’m vegetarian?
Yes. I offer a vegetarian meal planner so this is not a problem.
Can I eat out when I’m on the plan?
Yes, of course. Just try to stick to the principles and eat good quality protein, vegetables and complex carbs. Restaurants can be very accommodating so you can ask them to have your meat with salad instead of chips, etc.
Can I drink alcohol?
I would recommend that during the next 14 days you don’t because you will benefit more fully by cutting it out altogether. However, if you want to have a drink, I suggest sticking to 3 glasses per week of red wine or a vodka soda with fresh lime.
What should I do if some ingredients aren’t available when I do my food shopping?
If certain ingredients aren’t available, please don’t panic as I will offer you alternatives at the Kick start meeting or on the FB group.
Can I use pre-prepared fruit & veg?
Yes of course. Supermarkets sell courgetti, butternut squash noodles, quinoa and rice pouches ready to cook/heat up. Please use whatever makes your life easier.
How much time should I expect to spend cooking each meal?
It depends on each recipe, but there is a mixture of very quick meals and slow cooker meals that can be done in advance. I will also be giving you lots of advice on batch cooking, quick tips etc…
What do I do after these 14 days?
My best advice is to come to the wrap up meeting and I will explain how to reintroduce other foods and the key things you need to do to carry on with this healthy way of living.
