A refreshing juice and a wonderful way to give yourself a boost of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. This really is power in a glass!

This recipe will make a 500ml glass of juice
Ingredients:
2 sticks celery
½ cucumber
50g spinach
3 leaves cavolo nero or a handful of green kale
1 broccoli stalks
8-10 parsley stalks
1 apple or a pear
1 lemon, pith removed
Method:
Wash and scrub all the vegetables but don’t peel. Put everything through your juicer, and enjoy!
* If you are new to juicing, then use an apple and a pear and then, as your taste buds adjust, cut down to 1 piece of fruit.
