Initial onboarding session (60mins) is to go through your needs and gain an understanding of your health history and goals.
We set your nutritional requirements, aims and targets. We discuss your nutritional and psychological needs and you will learn interventions to modify your habits and behaviours.

11x 30min sessions (every week), what's app support and food diary analysis so that you’re accountable, on track and your progress is carefully monitored.
