MY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Packed with protein, antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids, this makes a great breakfast on the go or a post workout boost.



This recipe will make a 500ml glass of smoothie


Ingredients:

80g blueberries

½ banana

1 tbsp flaxseeds, freshly ground

½ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

1 scoop protein powder of your choice (hemp/whey)

1 tbsp organic peanut butter

175g coconut milk

100ml cold filtered water

Handful of ice


Method:

  • Blend all the ingredients in a liquidiser/nutribullet until smooth. Enjoy!
