Delicious, natural and simple to make without any refined sugar. What more can I say?
Makes 10 lollies
200ml coconut milk
2½ tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
Hull the strawberries, and blitz with all the remaining ingredients together in a nutribullet/blender until smooth.
Push the mixture through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.
Pour into lolly moulds and freeze for a minimum of 5 hours until completely frozen.
