A great breakfast bursting with colour, flavour and all importantly good nutrition.
Vegan, gluten & dairy free
Serves 1
Ingredients:
Smoothie:
½ banana
70g frozen blackberries
75ml almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
Toppings:
½ banana
Handful fresh berries
10g toasted hazelnuts
2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
Method:
Blend ½ banana with the frozen blackberries, chia seeds and almond milk in a nutribullet until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and decorate with ½ sliced banana, fresh berries, nuts and coconut flakes. Top with coconut yoghurt if you like….
